• We process Apple subscription status and transaction metadata to manage paid access and billing-related support.
• We keep your information secure and only share it when legally required or for the purpose of providing our service.
• You have rights to access, delete, and control your data.
• If you request account deletion, your account is disabled immediately and permanently deleted within 7 days.
• Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your Apple subscription.

What Information We Collect

• Transcripts and image descriptions generated when you use Spark voice or camera features.

Information collected automatically:

• Device and browser information.

Live voice and camera processing:

• Microphone and camera input may be transmitted to operate live Spark features.
• Raw microphone audio and raw camera images or video are not retained.

Subscription and purchase metadata (for iOS subscriptions processed by Apple):

• Subscription product identifiers and entitlement status.
• Original transaction identifiers and renewal transaction events.
• Purchase, expiration, revocation, and renewal timestamps reported by Apple.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide and improve our service.
• Send you text messages and emails about our service (with your consent).
• Respond to your questions and requests.
• Prevent fraud and ensure security.
• Comply with legal obligations.
• Analyze how our service is used.
• Train and improve AI and machine learning models that support Spark.

Subscription Privacy (Apple In-App Purchases)

• Apple processes payment details, billing addresses, and full payment credentials; we do not receive full card numbers.
• We receive subscription and transaction metadata from Apple to activate, maintain, and audit your subscription access.
• We may store subscription metadata after cancellation or expiration when needed for legal, tax, audit, and fraud-prevention obligations.
• Deleting your Spark account does not automatically cancel your Apple subscription. Manage cancellation in Apple Account Settings.

Text Messages (SMS)

When you sign up for text messages:

• Consent required: We'll only send texts after you explicitly opt in.
• We will not sell your phone number or contact data to third parties.
• Opt-out anytime: Reply STOP to any message or contact us.
• Message frequency: Varies based on your service usage.
• Costs: Message and data rates may apply.

Sharing Your Information

We do NOT sell your personal information.

We share your information only with:

• Service providers: Companies that help us operate (SMS platforms, hosting, analytics, payment processors) - they can only use your data to provide services to us.
• Aggregated or de-identified information: Information that does not identify you or your device and is not used for cross-app or cross-site tracking.

Subscription transaction metadata may be retained for longer when necessary for legal, tax, and audit compliance.
